JAMES SMITH (HAMISH) WATTERS 1913-2006 Passed away peacefully in Toronto on May 4, 2006 in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Hazel Elizabeth (Betty) for 50 years. James will be missed by his stepson Richard Kuehner and his wife Randi, grandchildren Jennifer and Stephen and great-grandchildren Kindred, Mason, Mackenzie and Alivia all of Calgary. James was born in Scotland on March 10, 1913 but was raised in Dublin, Ireland. He served as a pilot in the RAF, Bomber Command during World War II and as a BOAC Captain after the war. After immigrating to Canada, James was introduced to the tea business and became one of Canada�s premier tea tasters and blenders. James was also a Life Member of the RCYC, where he indulged his passion for sailing. A private family service will be held in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
