Obituary of Masao Kondo

KONDO, Masao "Mike� Suddenly at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, on Saturday, April 15, 2006. Masao "Mike� Kondo, in his 89th year. Mike was a former resident of 123 Bonnington Avenue in Scarborough. Beloved husband of the late Kikue Kay Nishimura. Loving father of Victoria Akemi Kondo, and father-in-law of William J. Manuel. Beloved grandfather of Elizabeth Yu Kondo and Catherine Yu Wen Manuel. Survived by his brothers, Mitsuo and Nobuo in Japan. Predeceased by his two sisters, Hatsue Mori, Toshie Ohashi and a brother, Yoshio, in Japan. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 20. Service in the chapel on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. Cremation to follow.
