Obituary of Dimitrie Draginov

DRAGINOV, Dimitrie "Jim" It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dimitrie Draginov on Wednesday, October 17th 2007, at eighty one years of age, peacefully at home, in Toronto, surrounded by his loving family. Dimitrie, devoted husband of Velika. Loving father of Mary and Denny Maniates, Louis Draginov and his wife Jenny, and George Draginov. Predeceased by his beloved son Trajan "Tom". Proud grandfather of Evi and his wife Tanya, Natalie, Kyle, Jamie, and Arman, and doting great-grandfather of Sonya Maria. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 4-8 p.m. on Saturday, October 20th, and 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, October 21st. A funeral service will be held in ST GEORGE'S MACEDONO-BULGARIAN EASTERN ORTHODOX CHURCH, 17 Regent Street, Toronto on Monday, October 22nd at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery. Dimitrie Draginov, now at peace, as he wished, in the comfort of his own home, his beloved Vela and children by his side. His memory will be eternal.
