Obituary of Stanley Sherritt

SHERRITT, Stanley - Passed away peacefully with his son and daughter by his side, on Monday, April 10, 2006 at the Veteran�s Wing of Sunnybrook Hospital in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Helen Annie. Loving father of Sherrill Anne Whittington (Bill) and Stanley James (Adele). Loving grandfather of Sarah (Frank), Amy, Jonathan (Maggie) and Beth (Jared). Devoted Great Grandfather of Alexander and Robin. Brother of Jim (Evelyn) and the late Spencer. Stanley served his country in WWII as a flying officer with the R.C.A.F. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2-3 p.m. Thursday, April 13. Service in the Chapel at 3 p.m. with a reception to follow in the Leaside Room of the Funeral Home.
