Obituary of William Peter Novak

William Peter Novak "Uncle Bill� NOVAK, William ("Bill�) Peter (WWII Veteran of Canada) - suddenly while at home in his sleep on April 8, 2006 at the age of 83 years old. Survived by Milca, his loving wife of 52 years and daughter Maria Reid and the "apples of his eye�, his wonderful grandchildren Christina, Andrew and Samantha. Dearly missed by his brother-in-laws John (Dotsa) Bitove and Jim (Helen), Bitove and by all his nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews who will never forget their omnipresent and joking "Uncle Bill�. A proud alumni of McGill University who proudly sang his cherished fight song to all and a veteran of WWII who toured Germany and Holland, Bill will be remembered for his commitment to the cause, his impassioned story-telling and as the number one sports fan for his family.
