I spent many Sundays listening to Mrs Way. My parents married there, I waps christened there, I was married there, and my children christened, all by Mrs Way. I love her as I would a favourite Aunt. She is my memory of Christ and all his goodness. God bless her and the people who supported her through the years. It is 2014, I am now 60 years opf age and I think of her often.

A life of caring we have all shared. All my family, my mother Mary Jane and my father Tom introduced me to Christ Church and Rev. C.H. (Dick) Way. Then up to Crawford Street in 1935. In 1937 Mrs. Way arrived. A lovely bride. Over the years my family were christened, married and buried from Crawford Street. In 1957 Mrs. Way was invited by the Board to assume the pulpit after the untimely passing of her and our much loved Rev. (Dick)Way. I was present at that meeting. Mary Jane Bittle, my mother loved Mrs. Way as did we all. All the Bittles have known her and loved her. I personnaly felt like a son and do now. So many memmories of a life given to us all. For all of us I say, "Happy to meet, Sorry to part, Happy to meet again". His Peace and our Love go with you. You are home.
