Dear John and Ian, I was so sorry to read of your Mum's death in the paper. I have some very happy memories of time spent with her and all of you, up at the farm in Dundalk (my first "job"!). I remember that your Mum was actually really scared about staying there on her own (at night), so I think I was more company for her, at that point, than a babysitter for you guys. I haven't lived in Toronto for 28 years now (I'm in Vancouver), so, needless to say, I hadn't seen your Mum for many, many years. But she was such a warm person, with a great sense of humour, that I certainly never forgot her. I hope you are both well, and are comforted by the many people that cherished your Mum. Martha
