Obituary of Evelyn Clara Maude Hunnisett

HUNNISETT, Evelyn Clara Maude Dearly beloved wife of H. Stanley Hunnisett, died January 28, 2006 in her 93rd year. Born in Toronto on May 24, 1913, mother of the late Morden Neilson and Janis Neilson. Evelyn was a true Christian who at one time led a women's group at Timothy Eaton Memorial Church. She had many friends, was an avid bridge player, golfer and curler. She was a world traveller. Evelyn was an excellent pianist having earned her ARTC at the Royal Conservatory of Music. She held her private pilots licence for 30 years. Her winters were spent in Marco Island, Florida and summers at the cottage in Dorset, Ontario. Her second husband was Maxwell James of Marco Island, Florida for 11 years. Her first husband was the late Harley Neilson for 49 years.Aprivate family service will be held Wednesday followed by cremation. A memorial service, to be announced at a later date, will be held at Timothy Eaton Memorial Church. Instead of floral bouquets, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Association would be appreciated.
