Obituary of Edna Gertrude Bell

EDNA GERTRUDE "TRUDIE� BELL (n�e HARSHMAN) Born February 6, 1912 in Ottawa, died in Toronto on January 23, 2006 at the end of her 93rd year. Predeceased by her first husband, Dr. J.K. McGregor of Hamilton, Ontario, and by her loving husband of fifty-eight years, THOMAS JOHNSTON BELL. Survived by her children and fourteen grandchildren, Penelope (Penny) Bell (Jack Pasht: Jonas, Caley, Kyra & Aim�e Bell-Pasht), Pamela Bell (Colin Rabnett: Chloe Leonard, Julie & Gigi Rabnett), Jennifer Bell (Michael Wills: Swith Bell, Cecily & Sydney Wills), Tom Bell (Spenser & Sacha Bell) and Mark Bell (Alexander & David Bell). Our beautiful mother died peacefully at home surrounded by her large and very close family after a lengthy and debilitating illness which she faced bravely, aided by the excellent care of the Temmy Latner Palliative Care Team of Mt. Sinai Hospital, and her devoted caregivers Remie, Vicki and housekeeper Carmen. There will be a service at ST. JOHN�S YORK MILLS ANGLICAN CHURCH at 11 o�clock on Friday January 27th, followed by a reception at the family home on Teddington Park.
