I just received word of Marjories death. I travelled to Cobalt several times as a young boy and remember vividly sitting in the kitchen with Murray and Marjorie, enjoying their company. I was saddened by the news of her death but celebrate her long life, filled with loving family and wonderful memories. I extend my condolences to all of Marjorie's family and friends. I regret not being able to attend her funeral. With love, Eamon Shoff (Taylor) 1-210-679-8081 San Antonio,TX USA

To the family of Marjorie Watts, Although I have not seen her for 30 years, Marjorie remains to me a heroine of the first order. Her kind heart and gentle manner cloaked a courageous, if quiet determination to ease the lives of others, sometimes at great sacrifice to her own. When I visited her as the (former) wife of her nephew Larry Taylor, her person and her presence gave me strength and calmness. Maybe it was her wisdom, combined with her praticality, but more deeply than that, I had the feeling that she loved without barriers or requirements. Is it Luke's testament that gives us an image of Mary watching Jesus and keeping in her heart all her reservations and pain? Marjorie was a Mary of our time, alive, on earth, a believer in goodness and family and the human connection. The novelist E. M. Forster wrote, "Only connect." This could be Marjorie's anthem. I could say I will miss her, but she has been a continuing presence in my life, a presence that death will not diminish. My sympathies to Mary, Gordon, Murray, Muriel, David and their families. May your Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother continue to warm your lives.

Marjorie Watts was a Great Aunt to me and a Great Great Aunt to my children. I had the pleasure of getting to meet her several times before she passed away. I remember taking trips up north to her river side home in the Canadian woods. My children never got the chance to meet this bright, courageous and kind hearted woman. Marjorie would always take time to listen to me when I would call her from the U.S. Her brother Robert Taylor was my grandfather who spoke very highly of her. I will miss her very much! I know that she is in a more loving place now with God and the Angels. I want to express my condolences to all of Aunt Marjorie's family members for thier great losss, it is never easy to say goodbye. My family and I send our love to each and every one of Marjories family members. God Bless and Love Donald Taylor Eva, Jonathan, Victoria and Rebecca
