Obituary of Phyllis Mary Douglas

DOUGLAS, Phyllis Mary Marguerite. In her 85th year, peacefully and in the company of her family at Sunnybrook. Dearly beloved wife for 63 years of Ian Douglas, Q. C. , mother of Ian Douglas, Diana Douglas and Jane Douglas Oliver and Nanna to Loris Adamson and Alexandra Douglas, Bill, Jake and Ted Jennings and Andrew, Amy and Kate Oliver. Loving daughter of the late Col. Lionel and Mary Millen. Graduate of Strathallan (�38), Branksome Hall (�39) and McGill (�42). Scholar, faithful Anglican, active worker over many years in her many communities, horticulturist and golfer. A lady, of great resolution and fortitude. Service at Grace Church on-the-Hill, Toronto, 2:00pm on Wednesday, December 7 , 2005, followed by private internment in the family plot in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
