ANDRACHUK, Catherine "Kay� (nee Bain) Peacefully on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late John J., M.D. Loving mother of John (Rose), Robert (Susan), Michael (Brenda), Gregory (Darlene), Donald (Ann) and Cynthia van Beurden (Frank). Loving grandmother of 20 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Dear friend of Mary Sorenson and Carolyn Brown. Kay was very dedicated to her family and will be sadly missed. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 27th. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 28th at 10 a.m. in OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP CHURCH, 78 Clifton Road. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery.
