We buried my dearest nanny yesterday, all I feel is an empty hole in my heart. Nanny I want you to know that you will always live inside me and I will never forget our sayings. It was one week ago that you left this world, I was happy that I could be there with you to hold your hand. You are the most wonderful, beautiful woman I've ever know. Right now I am filled with tears and sorrow, but I know you are watching out for me. I love you Nanny. Your forever loving grandaugther, Amy

Nancy, Gus and I and all of the girls were sorry that we didn't get the chance to meet the lady that raised such a wonderful daughter. We did get to know her as seen through your eyes. You had many stories about the funny, or touching things that happened as you cared for her, and visited her, and did all that you could to make her know that she was loved. Bob and Amy helped you all they could in your efforts to be the kind of child that any mother would want. God bless you and keep you through the next few days of sorrow, and remember, that we don't sorrow as they that have no hope. We have the bright hope of eternal life. We are all here for you in our thoughts and prayers, even if we aren't able to come and be with you in person.
