Obituary of Peter Leonard Wood

WOOD, Peter Leonard - Peacefully, after a brief illness, at Sunnybrook Health Science Centre, on Thursday, June 30, 2005, in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Margot (Hughes) for 45 years. Cherished father of Tim. Dear brother to Anthony and his family of Beckenham, England. Peter retired from the Ontario Hospital Association in 1990 after 30 years of service. Sadly missed by his friends at S.P.R.I.N.T and Glebe Road United Church. Lifelong supporter of the Arsenal Football Club. The family will recieve friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5th. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 6th at 3 p.m. in the A.W. Miles Chapel, with a reception to follow in the Leaside Room of the funeral home. If desired, donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
