JACOBSEN, Annie (Dorothy Becker) Peacefully at home with her family at her side on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 in her 59th year. Loving mother of Eric and Susie. Dear sister of Kate, Gordon (Barbara), David (Cathy) and Helen (Rick). Predeceased by her parents Walter and Katherine Becker. Special thanks to Dr. Tsang, Jennifer, Dr. Goldman and the Palliative Care Team. The family will receive friends for a Memorial Service at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), on Friday, May 20th at 3 o�clock, followed by a reception. If desired, donations in the memory of Annie may be made to the charity of your choice.
