AITKEN, William Charles It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of a dear husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, William, on April 8, 2005 in his 96th year, surrounded by his family. Devoted and loving husband for 72 years of Irene (Powell). Dear father and father-in-law of Don and Marianne Aitken, Judy and Brian Cameron and Nancy and George Leonard. Very proud grandfather of Suzanne (Roy) Arendse, Carolyn (Tom) Watson, Michael (Danette) Cameron, Kevin Cameron, Jennifer (Matthew) Griffiths, Stephen (Sonia) Leonard and Matthew (Heather) Leonard. Loving great-grandfather of 12. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13. A private family service will be held at LEASIDE UNITED CHURCH.
