Miss you a lot. You're still in my thoughts all the time.

I am in shock and disbelief at reading Kevin Connor's article in the Sunday Sun about the passing of a dear, unbelievably sweet friend of mine from the past. I worked with Jacquie at Doner, Schur, Peppler Advertising in the early nineties and we became very close. Although our paths took different directions over the past 15 years I often thought of those times fondly and wondered how Jacquie's (& Karen's & Cat's) live's had turned out. Jacquie had such a fun loving way about her. I remember the 'four of us' one Saturday night running around the College and Spadina area to surprise a friend of Jacquie's. We were in our 20's and 30's but were running around giggling like teenagers! It was such fun. From the article in the paper I see that Jacquie went on to realize her dreams. Becoming Head of Broadcast Production with a major advertising firm (she was amazingly talented at her job) and finding a loving husband to share her life with. I didn't know about her love of golf but, there again, she was as successful in that endeavour as with everything else she put her mind to. I am so sorry for your loss. I can only imagine how losing such a beautiful spirit must feel. I do know that Jacquie's 'spirit' lives on in the many, many people she touched in her short life. Including me.
