Obituary of Joan E. Hall

HALL, Joan E. Peacefully, in Toronto, on Sunday, February 6, 2005, in her 80th year. Joan (nee Pitts), beloved wife of Gordon (deceased) for fifty-four wonderful years. Dearest mother of Shirley, George (deceased) and his wife Rolly Beauregard, John and his wife Heather. Loving grandmother of Kendall. Joan had a zest for life and a wonderful sense of humour that attracted people to her. She enjoyed meeting new people and cherished her friends. Joan had a warm smile and a kind heart that gave joy and comfort to others. She was a caring, supportive and above all, loving, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She enriched the lives of all who knew her. She will be greatly missed, but fondly and lovingly remembered. A service will be held in the chapel at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), on Thursday, February 10th at 11 o�clock. Following the service the family invites guests to attend a reception in the Leaside Room of the funeral home. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
