Obituary of George Petrie

PETRIE, George Passed away Friday, February 4, 2005, at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Mary. Loving father of Gwen White and Susan Hall. Devoted grandfather of Les , Rick, Ian, Darren and Andrea. Great-grandfather of Jeff, Adam, Shannon, Sydney, Matthew, Emily, Shawna, Jackson and Michael. George retired from an over 35 year career with Canada Post and was a WWII veteran. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, February 6th. A service will be held in the chapel on Monday, February 7th at 11 o�clock. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. Donations to The Hospital for Sick Children, 555 University Avenue, Toronto M5G 1X8, would be appreciated
