My deepest condolence to the entire family and may the Lord help each of you to find comfort and peace in your lives after all the hurt and pain have settled down from the loss of a dear one. I have alway held deep respect and priviledge working for and with Kathy and will continue to hold my head up high knowing that i was able to know Kathy in whichever small way possible. Kathy would surely be missed by everyone that knew her and her passion to what she have her mind set on and she led with high respect that would always be part of our work ethics. May Kathy find peace and happiness in the presence of the Lord and the Heavenly Father and may the Lord give the entire family the courage to move forward in wonderful memories of a wondefful person.

I have many fond memories of working with Kathy at the TTC. She was always energetic and took with enthusiasm to all the positions she held. Her work at the Operations Training Centre was exemplary and she worked tirelessly rebuilding the Centre and providing direction and leadership. My heartfelt condolences to the family on her passing.

As Manager of the TTC's Training Department Kathy was my boss for 16 years. During that time I served the department and Kathy in a variety of roles and responsibilities from Supervisor to Superintendent to Project Manager for the introduction of new training equipment. Our professional relationship was based on trust and respect. In many ways she was a mentor to me, allowing me to take on new challenges and increase my knowledge and experience. She didn't micro-manage me or stand over my shoulder telling me what to do. She communicated her expectations, provided advise when necessary and then gave me the freedom and trust to get the job done. Having said that, she was always available for guidance and support, and she always had a vision for how the department should operate. I retired from full-time work with the Commission in January of this year with 29+ years of service and I can safely say that Kathy was the best boss I ever had. I will truly miss her.
