Obituary of Lillian Bedikian

BEDIKIAN, Lillian After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Lillian passed away on September 29th, 2007 in Toronto. Beloved wife of Raffi Bedikian, loving mother of Christophe and Nicholas, cherished sister of Bruno, John and Michael Rakiewicz, Lillian gave and received unconditional love, wherever she went in life. She will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit and her willful determination to overcome her physical challenges. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, October 4th. Funeral service will be held at the CARFRAE CHAPEL of Mount Pleasant Cemetery on Friday, October 5th at 11 a.m. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. A reception to celebrate Lillian's life will take place at the Estates of Sunnybrook in the Vaughan Estate, 2075 Bayview Avenue, Toronto. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care, 610 University Avenue, Toronto M5G 2M9 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
