My deepest sympathies to the family. I knew Donald since I was a child in Guyana as he was a close friend to my older brothers. As I grew older, I would always look forward to seeing and chatting with him at my sister's BBQ's or at the Last Lap Limes. Donald always had a smile on his face. He was genuine, kind and friendly. His friendship will be missed. I hope in the days ahead, just knowing he was well loved by many, would provide some small level of comfort.

I am so saddened. Don was one person who I could be apart from for years at a time, then pick up where we left off as if no time had passed. Unfortunately this time I let too much time go by and won't be able to connect again until we meet one last time. I will regret that and miss him until the day I die.
