He also had many great friends with whom he shared visits, lunches, theatre, sports, masonic and church activities. With his family at his side, he passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 in his 96th year, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
