Dear family of Helen I danced at your Mother's wedding when I was twelve years old .... I thought she was the most beautiful bride I had ever seen ... and I still do. I saw and spoke to her last at a 50th wedding anniversary in Welland ... she was as gracious and lovely as I remembered her. May you find peace and comfort in sweet memories. Sincerely Lillian (Murin) Parry, Port Colborne.

Mike and I wish to send out condolences at the passing of your mom. Madeline Bauer and your mom were long time friends from the same village in Hungary and god-mothers to each others sons. (Bobby & Jim) Mom Bauer wanted very much to come to the funeral but due to work schedules and a bit to mom's health we were unable to come. Your mom will be missed by her friends and loved ones. May our Lord and Saviour comfort you and grant you peace. Mike, Madeline, Mike & Dianne Bauer

Dear Jim, Joanne, and Gary: Kathleen noticed your Mother's obituary. What happy memories we have of her and your father who were such good neighbours for so many years. After we married and moved away from Woodville Ave from time to time your Mother would call at Christmas to renew old memories. We are truly sorry that we will not be able to attend the service in honour of your Mother. However, I have just returned from the hospital after a serious bout of pneumonia and I am as weak as a newborn baby. Rest assured that you will be in our thoughts and rejoice that you had such good parents. Frank & Kathleen

Gary, Joanne and Jim and family. I am so sorry to hear about mom. I know her last few weeks were very difficult for you all. How fortunate she was to have such caring people with her in her last moments. I will always remember "Mother" to be the most kind, sincere and friendly person, always a smile and positive attitude. The world has lost a shining star. Joyce, Bryan and Lauren

Dear Jim, Joanne, Gary, your spouses and children. Our sincerest condolences on the passing of your mom. Kerest Mama was a most gentle, kind, caring and generous person. During my student years in Toronto she often had me over for a home cooked Sunday dinner...roast beef, mashed potatoes and broccoli. We listened to lots of music together. She always remembered birthdays and sent such wonderful notes with news of the family. We will miss her Christmas cards, as she always had such enthusiasm for holiday preparations. Her final days must have been filled with happy thoughts having you all by her side. May your memories comfort you in this difficult time. Our thoughts are with you. Bob and Karen Reuben and Sachiko Karl Margaret
