Obituary of Lydia Stephens

STEPHENS, Lydia Charlotte Elizabeth (Queenie) Fell asleep in the Lord on Sunday, July 11, 2010, at Scarborough Hospital, Grace Division, Toronto in her 93rd year. Daughter of the late Frank and Lydia Stephens; predeceased by her beloved sister, Gwendolyn and husband Kenneth, devoted brother Frank, and nephew Brian. She is the dear sister-in-law of Elinore Stephens. Dearly loved aunt, remembered by her nephews, Kenneth Darley and wife Janet, Mark Stephens and wife Linda, and by her niece Susanne Darley. Great-aunt to Stephen Darley and wife Barbara, and children, Caleb, Jared, Matthew and Megan Lydia; Heather Prescott and husband Jamie, and children, Evan and Simon; and Kerrie Stephens and Patrick Stephens. She sleeps, awaiting the sure return of her Lord. A memorial service will be held at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) at one o'clock on Wednesday, July 14th, with visitation beginning at twelve noon.
