CUSACK, Edward James P.Eng. Peacefully in Toronto on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, in his 77th year. Ed, beloved husband of Audrey. Loving father of David, Jeffrey (Leigh Ann) and Sandra (Graham). Proud grandfather of Thomas. A memorial service will take place in the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 19.
