We would like to send our sincere condolences to Murray and his family and friends in the passing of our cousin, Alf. Although we only met a few times, we know how much our mother loved talking with Alf. With our sincere sympathy, Alana, David and Laura Solman and families

Alf was a charming, interesting man with a great sense of humour. I have fond memories of being a child and visiting the family. We re-lived many happy memories in our conversations in recent years about the history of our family, Clarke Street and the Broadview and Queen Street areas. Alfie was my cousin on my mother's side of the family. He will be missed and I will miss our conversations greatly. With sincere sympathy and thoughts to Murray and his family, Norma Solman

Personally I do not know Mr. Le Masurier. My mother, Queda Shier used to help in the house, and help feed the chickens for the family back in 1939-1940 when the family lived at Langstaff. My mother died in 1996 but my Aunt Joy is still living and remembers the family. Thank you James Rummerfield Sunderland, Ontario
