BOOTH. William M. August 5, 1919 - September 3, 2007 W.O.1 R.C.A.F (Radar Mechanic) VE3AAA Loving husband and sweetheart for 64 years, of his war bride Vera (WAAF Radar Operator). Proud father of Virginia, Susan, Jeanette, Bill and Barbara. Proud Poppie to 9 grandchildren. Survived by his sisters Alice, Barbara and Carol. Past Chief Commander of Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons 1963-1965. Proud skipper of his 84 year old M.V. Saeeda. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, September 6th. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, September 7th at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery with a reception to follow in the Leaside and Bayview rooms of the funeral home. If desired, donations may be made to the Salvation Army, 2 Overlea Blvd., Toronto, M4H 1P4. There is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.
