Rae Marie contributed greatly to her generation. She was one of seven of the "Ferguson" cousins. Now there are two, John West and myself Julia (Ferguson) Berry. May all her children and grandchildren remember with pride what a great Lady their Mother/Grandmother was, may she rest in peace. Sincerley, Julia (Ferguson) Berry and Family

On behalf of Toronto Branch of the United Empire Loyalists' Association of Canada I want to offer our condolences on the passing of Rae Marie. She was a special lady, proud of her Loyalist ancestry, who loved to share her interest in her family history.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time. It's been many years, but I still have happy memories of time spent with Claire and her family at the house on Briar Hill. My best to all of you.

While I never knew Rae Marie Campbell personally, I wanted you to know how much I appreciated her genealogical research. In particular, her publication, "The Family History of John Weist/Weese Sr. of Ernestown", which she published in August 1999, was a great jumping off point for further research into the Weese family. I was sorry to read about your loss in today's Globe and Mail. My condolences to your family. Sincerely, Donna Gage, Aurora, ON
