My sincere condolences to you. I worked in the North York Board with Lesley for all of our careers. She was deep regarded and treasured by all who worked with her and knew of her work. I have particularly fond memories of her participation in IDEA and all NY social events...she never missed and always was a delight, enjoying conversation, particpating in activites, or just being a good colleague. She left a mark on hearts. Sincerely Marguerite Jackson

I was very sad to learn of Lesley's passing. We started our careers together as psychoeducational consultants for the North Board of Education and shared an office in Almore Annex. I so respected Lesley's intelligence and wit and her dedication to helping others. I know about your devotion and caring for you sister over the last few years and my deepest sympathy goes out to you, Louise, at this very difficult time. Faye Swartz

I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Leslie. I will fondly remember her as our gang from Brookbanks Centre got together a couple of times a year for a phenomenal Trivial Pursuit Game and Feast. Leslie ruled the game, never missing a question but often pretended to be stumped. The rest of us looked on in awe as she beat us all the time. I always tried to set it up so I was on her team. My thoughts go out to family members at this time. Fondly, Noreene Decker

My condolences to Lesley's sister and family. I was very saddened to hear of Lesley's death. I was a couple of years behind her in the graduate program in psychology at UWO. I remember Lesley as a very gentle, kind and amiable person. I enjoyed our conversations and am sorry I lost touch with her over the years. Helen Valerio

I was very sad to learn that dear Lesley has passed away. I always admired her dedication to the kids she served in her work as a psychoeducational consultant for many years, her caring, and motivation to pursue doctoral studies (for no financial gain) just so she could give the best possible service to her clients. She was a treasure who left this world too early. Please accept my heartfelt sympathy at this difficult time. Sincerely, Marsha Lomis
