I just heard today that David had died, all the hair on my body stood on end as I experienced sadness and shock to hear that he's gone:( Many co-op members were not aware of his passing as I heard it from Rose and she and I felt very sad to hear about this news. Right away I thought about his wife and family and of his wonderful laugh and generous heart and how much they all must miss him as he loved them so very much. David was my immediate neighbour and we co shared our back patio so over the years I got to hear alot of music, "Feeling Hot Hot Hot" That was a staple summer song. I remember his warm smile and can say without hesitation that he was the best of neighbours ever. I want to put flowers on his resting place as does Rose so it would be nice to know where he is. I'm hoping this message will find someone who knows and can get back to me so this information can be shared with people who cared much for him and that we have not forgotten him. My Best wishes to the family at this time of sadness. Amanda Robinson Former member of Harbourside co-op former 79 Stadium Rd/ 40 Bishop Tutu

David and I were members of the Harbourside Co-op development board. We were lucky to have his leadership in the development of the co-op and in the Bathurst Quay community. We counted on his knowledge, commitment, and quick intelligence and wit. I didn't know he was ill. My deepest sympathy to David's family.

Condolences to our old friends from the Harbourside Co-op....Chris, Sarah, Marcela, Sebastien, Gilda....we are very sorry to hear that David has passed away. We remember the fun times we had at the co-op together, especially at the summer festival when the lip-syncing contests that were held in David's backyard! That was always the highlight of the festivities. We do wish you strength and comfort in this time of loss. ~ Linda Ballantyne, Lindsay Angelow and Victoria Angelow
