I light a candle in memory of my dear friend, Christine ("Chris"). There have been so many changes in my life that I wish I could share with you, but I'm sure you know. Whenever a fair bit of time had passed since we talked, we more than made up for it by having talks on the phone lasting well over an hour. We'd laugh, talk seriously, then before we knew it, so much time had gone by. When my Mom was so seriously ill in another country, you sent me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, putting some colour back into my life which was black & white while worrying about Mom. You were so reassuring.
You are a friend I will never ever forget. We'll meet again someday, "Chris". We'll have those get-togethers, & we'll most certainly have those very long talks.
Sleep well, dear friend. Love Cheryn

My dear friend Christine; it has been one year since your passing. You have no idea how much you are missed, but you are where you need to be. Whenever I want to talk to you, I know you hear me and I can strongly feel your presence. I hear your voice whenever I ask your advice. You were always a true and trusted friend and you will never be forgotten. I'm so very proud to call you 'friend'. Sleep well.

Very sad to hear the passing of such a beautiful person. I used to correspond with Christine when she worked for Godfrey Hirst.Even though we never met(as I am in Australia) we had great chats and laughs on the phone and via email even when she left the company we kept in touch. She was a great person and never a dull moment was had. Christine was the type of person to touch everyones heart in some way and will be truly remembered.
