Dear Sheila and family, I was so sad to learn about the loss of one of my favourite Shadwell people. I have many fond memories of Doug both recent and from my childhood, especially cutting the lawn on long summer days and bringing Ian, Louise and Andrew to see my brother's pet rabbit. He was such a wonderful, warm and interesting person and I know will be truly missed and never forgotten. All the best to you all at this difficult time. Sincerely, Cathy Notarius and family
