Dear Joy, We are all thinking of you and sending love your way. The time your Dad shared with us in Winnipeg were treasured memories... his thirst for an interesting conversation, his appreciation for good food and his observation of the most interesting details (I remember him admiring our hardwood floors on Waverley!) will be greatly missed. Dear Joy, The news of Sam's passing saddened us. Our sincerest condolences on your loss of a good parent. Sam was always the ultimate professional, the caring friend and a man with a great wealth of knowledge. He was interested and very knowledgeable in everything. I remember whenever there was news of Australia, he would send clippings or wrote and asked about the "bush fires" did they affect us? Always the concerned friend and a good friend he was to my parents and I. We will miss him terribly.
