LAWSON, Barbara Mrs. Barbara Lillian Lawson died peacefully at her home on Saturday, May 12th, 2012. She was predeceased by her father David William Beynon, mother Florence Winnifred Wright, and husband James Bud Lawson, Q.C. During her career with the Ontario Public Service, Mrs. Lawson was the trusted secretary to the Honourable John White, Treasurer of Ontario, and Dr. T.M. Russell, Deputy Minister of Revenue. Barbara will be remembered by her family, friends and colleagues as a gentle lady and loyal friend, with a great love of animals. After an extended period in the hospital, she spent the last two months contentedly in her own home. Mrs. Luisa Fata and Terry Russell wish to thank Dr. K.M. Henderson, West Bank Health Care, the CCAC and Red Cross caregivers and specialists for their support and dedication. Barbara's friends will be received at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29.
