Obituary of Jeune Cartwright

CARTWRIGHT, Jeune Marie It is with great sadness that we announce, after a long illness, the peaceful passing of Jeune on November 20, 2008 at Briarcrest Retirement Home, in her 82nd year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Thomas Frederick Cartwright. Loving mother to John and Paul, and special mother-in-law to Joan. Cherished "Gramma" of Andrew, Alastair, Kimberly, Thomas and Kate. Mom had a love of life, family, travel, the cottage, bridge club and loved sewing to the end. She will be sorely missed by her family and many friends. A very special thank you to Gaby and her team of caregivers at Briarcrest for the special care and obvious affection for our mother. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East) from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 29th. Service in the chapel on Sunday afternoon, November 30th at 2 o'clock.
