I was deeply saddened to learn of Dai Goo Poh's passing. She has always been a thriving constant in my life. I will remember her as a woman of strength both physically and spiritually. She had a passion for life and a sparkle in her eyes. One of my most recent memories of her was at a family gathering at my brother's house. She was using her walker but took pride in taking a few steps and showing me that she could let go and stand on her own. Later on that evening, I offered her an arm to help her stand and I was impressed by the power of her grip! Of course I will always remember her presence at my wedding just 4 years ago. She was elegantly dressed, calm, cool and collected. Just the honour of her presence made my day complete. Although I will miss her terribly, I am comforted that she is at peace and reunited with God and her loved ones. Ellen, Carey and Olivia

I regret that I have only seen my Great-Aunt a handful of times in the last 25 years. I have missed an opportunity to learn from someone who had over a century of wisdom. My children were very young, the few times that they met her and therefore, have no memory of her. So, it was with great sadness when I learned of her passing. I remember fondly of the Christmases our family spent together at her house. I remember her generosity and her strength of will. But most of all I will remember her enduring faith. May the blessings of God be upon her now. Alice, Mike, Alexander and Chloe

Dear Pastor Kai, Margaret, Lindsay and Gregory and Sally Mark. We hope you find comfort in the memories your grandmother/great grandmother left behind. There must be a "good" reason the Lord allowed her to live to such a full age. We all know she is at peace with Jesus. May the Lord comfort you during this time. Daniel, Diane,Jeremy,Joshua Ting
