Obituary of David Rankin

RANKIN, David Malcolm Born September 21, 1913 in Haileybury, Ontario, died peacefuly October 29, 2008 in Toronto, Ontario. A true sportsman, avid golfer and generous to a fault. Beloved husband of A. Mildred Pettipiere. Loved and loving father of Holly Rankin, Nicholas (Lisette) Rankin. Loving granddad of Stephanie (Chris) Fewster, Malcolm (Heather) Nobbs, Patrick (Lee) Nobbs, Christopher (Angelique) Rankin and Cynthia (Mario Ladry) Rankin. Great-granddad to Mason and Charlie Fewster, Molly and Rowan Nobbs. A celebration of his life will be held in the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East) on Saturday, November 1 at 2 o'clock. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful and caring staff at the Balmoral Club.
