Dear Toni, It has been a long time indeed ...but by accident I came across the sad news . I fondly remember Renata and send you and your family my deepest sympathy. We now live in Australia after a very exciting career around the world ( RBC , BNP and SARB , Pretoria). I have kept over the years a wonderful memory of the years we passed together overlooking the UK and Western Europe ..along Bruce Lamont et al.. With kindest regards , Doume ...

I’m sorry for your loss of Mrs. Cravero after reading of it in the newspaper. When you lose someone you love, the pain and grief can seem unbearable. As one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, I draw comfort in the Holy Scriptures where God promises in the future, “he will wipe out tears from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.” (Revelation 21:4) As well, the Bible assures us that at death, our loved ones are “conscious of nothing at all”, no longer suffering due to the ill effects of disease or sickness. (Ecclesiastes 9:5) Please be assured that our loving Creator cares for you and may you find comfort in his promises.

Max and family, It is my belief that things happen for a reason - we just may not know what those reasons are at the time. My condolences to you and your family during this tough time. Nancie Jung and Family.

For the Cravero family I have a wonderful memory of a walk to a restaurant in London England, with Renata, Tony and perhaps even Alessandra in the early 1980s. I was working in New York and visiting a fellow Royal Banker when I was invited to join in a Cravero family dinner. I recall a warm and delightful evening. I also recall Renata's hospitality and patience in Montreal when Max and I and some others would play a long and sometimes loud board game at the Cravero home. I hope this time of sorrow is mixed with smiles and laughter from your many memories. My deepest sympathy. Susan
