I met Mary Anne while I was teaching at St. Pius X School. She was always so friendly and kind especially when dealing with the issues of the children. Even though I only knew her a short time I feel that I was blessed for our paths to have crossed. I will remember your family in my prayers.

Dearest Maude: We are deeply sorry about the passing of Mary Anne, we know the depth of your love for her and what a beautiful friendship you shared. Andres and I will always remember Mary Anne, her quiet and warm demeanour, her caring, and how she prayed for Andres' recuperation from his serious illness. Her prayers worked and we will be forever grateful to this angel. We extend our condolences to Jim, your little sister, niece and the rest of the family. May all of you find strength and peace during this time of sorrow.

Dearest Maude, While I only have had the honour and pleasure of meeting Mary Anne but a few times, each time she left me thinking, if there were such a thing as an angel on earth, she would be that angel. Mary Anne had a serenity so deeply en-rooted, she was able to touch so many in a meaningful way. My love and support goes out to you and your family. Nadia

Please accept my sincere condolences to your family on the loss of your beloved. Although I did not know Mary Anne personally, her eulogy clearly indicates that she was a cherished daughter, wife, sister, aunt and friend, who will be sorely missed by many. It is horrible that we must lose such dear ones to death for we want to live and we want to enjoy life with those we love. And if we had the power to do so, we would bring our loved ones back to us. Please know that you can find true hope and comfort in the scriptures, for it reassures us that we can see our dead loved ones again. The Bible teaches that most people who have died will be resurrected. Jesus Christ himself promised that "those in the memorial tombs will...come out." (John 5:28, 29) In harmony with God's original purpose, those resurrected humans will have the opportunity to live on a paradise earth. (Luke 23:43) This promised future includes perfect health and everlasting life for obedient humans. The Bible reassures us that "the righteous themselves will possess the earth, and they will reside forever upon it." (Psalm 37:29) Other scriptures that bear witness to this are Job 14:14, 15; Luke 7:11-17; and Acts 24:15. Please take comfort in this hope and the future joy it holds out to us who, for now, grieve the loss of these we hold dear. Most sincerely, Charvian

Jim, Maudie, Teresa and Family, We just heard about Mary Anne this evening. We are so sorry. I remember Mary Anne in this thought....She always talked in a very calm and caring voice with a beautiful smile (just like Her Mom). These two attributes made me, and I am sure others, know they were in the presence of a very caring, loving and thoughtful person. Our and your lose is Heaven's gain. God Bless
