We met Peggy when we moved to Randolph Road in 2000. She was a wonderful neighbour and terribly energetic for her age. She climbed ladders, painted her own house, kept a perfect lawn, and was well liked by adults and children alike. She knew everyone's name and was always eager to start a conversation. When she fell ill, she moved to 921 Millwood. After a short while, my grandmother, Netta Rea, moved in next door to Peggy. My grandmother adored Peggy and Peggy really made my grandmother's move to Toronto and transition to assisted living a happy one. We lost my grandmother just over a year ago and we only saw Peggy a few times after that. She was always welcoming to us and we will truly miss her. Janet Bolton and family (122 Randolph Road)
