My deepest sympathies to all of the family. I have such warm memories of Mrs McKay when we lived on Queensdale Ave. and was childhood friend of Betty's. We were always welcome in her home and treated just like one of her own kids. Rest in peace and God Bless.

I cannot be with the family at this moment and wish to tell them how
sorry I was to hear the news as I thought Milly's strength and courage was such that she would not be kept down.
She knew much joy and much sorrow
in her life but her spirit always burned very bright. Adieu Milly and enjoy the good company you will be keeping.

Gordon, Bob, Mary & Jim, Lucille & Louis I was so sorry to see the notice in the paper today about your mum/sister's passing. Please accept my sympathies, what wonderful memories I have (and my sister Barbara too) of our growing up and the summers at the cottage, we remember our first time on Roberts Road in the cottage we all shared. And bopping around while our dad's dug the wells for water. And from Queensdale......so many many memories.....butter tarts......how I miss my mum's baking. I remember your mum dropping everything to run in to see Y & R every day. And my dad teasing her about her diets that would always start "on Monday". She was a good lady, and well liked and she will always hold a special place in our memories. I wished I could come but I am coming into Toronto tomorrow for a doctor's appointment at 11:00 so my timing is not good. I will keep you in my prayers and in my thoughts. Mary Pietracupa

Milly, A lovely person who loved and was loved; cared for others as others cared for her. My condolences to her extended family, especially Jean and Lucille, the sisters I have met.
