Obituary of Robert Brown

Brown, Robert Hugh(Retired from Canada Life) It is with profound sadness we announce the sudden death of our brother Robert Hugh Brown, son of the late Conrad and Hughena Brown of London Ontario. Bob is survived by his brothers and sisters, Don (Thelma), Doug (Joan), Connie, Carol (Paul), Bill and Jim (Sue). He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews and cousin Marion. Bob enjoyed his continuing friendships in retirement, with his Canada Life fellow employees, and especially Ruth's long standing camaraderie. Bob really enjoyed his daily trips to The Homeway Restaurant in his neighbourhood, and loved all the staff and friends he met there. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 31st. A visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st from 12:00 noon until the time of service at 1:30 p.m. Please join the family in a celebration of Bob's life at THE HOMEWAY RESTAURANT, 675 Mount Pleasant Avenue (at Erskine ) 416-489-8484 at 3:00 p.m. after the service on Sunday, November 1st.
