Obituary of Audrey Harris

HARRIS, Audrey Passed away peacefully at her retirement home on Tuesday, October 13, 2015. Audrey was born March 15, 1922 in the house her father built at 113 Gledhill Avenue in Toronto. She was the daughter of Henry Harold Harrison and Agnes Durie. Audrey was predeceased by her husband Cowan, tragically also by her sons David and Carl. The last surviving member of her generation she was also predeceased by her brothers and sisters-in-law Hank (Brownie), John (Norma), Gord (Ena) and Doug (Angela) Harrison. Audrey leaves behind a loving family who will miss her dearly including her son Gordon Harris (Nancy Dalton), daughters-in-law Carol and Vicki, grandchildren JoAnna (Andrew Heimler), Michael, Karen (Charles Bedard), Lisa (Nicholas Brown), Ryan (Katrina Kolozetti) and Kelly (Dean Meuztner) and great grandsons Isaac & Benjamin as well as many generations of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 25th.
