Barb, Nancy and I are very sad about Peter passing. We had good times over the years and especially in our teen years in Muskoka and Leaside. I had the pleasure of having a long chat with Peter this summer reminiscing about the past. As we grew older we didn't see as much of each other, but were always good friends. We will miss him. Hi Barb, we are so sad to read about Peter passing away. I know we haven't seen each other for quite some time since I left the bank in 2005, but we remember some great dinners we had with you and Peter. Joanne recalled one dinner, after a bit of wine, when she got talking so much she set the escargot on fire (lol). We know you are strong and will get through these tough times. My condolences to Peter's family. I went to school with Peter many years ago. When I moved to Thornhill, Peter would stop by just to say hello if he was in the area. He was a wonderful person and a friend.

Our deepest sympathies Barb, to you and the family. I have many fun memories going back to our teen years and of a few fun reunions in later years. As teenagers, I remember white knuckling it while chasing Peter up Foreman Road in Bob Shute's Nova and Peter turning his lights off for a joke, so we had no idea where we were going. Somehow we survived nearly missing a tight turn thanks to Bob's fine driving skills, and had a great laugh once we could breath again. Also, one time in my late 20's when some officers had followed me and some friends home, from a party where there was free drinks, and pulled up behind us as I parked in front of my flat. As they questioned me about my driving style and road worthiness, I thought of Peter, with whom I had not spoken in nearly a decade, and said he could vouch for me. They went to their car and a few minutes later apologized for the inconvenience and left the scene. I never knew what he said to them but I thought to myself, "Peter, you are a good friend". I was sorry to lose touch with you these last few years but, the good memories of Peter's bright smile and full laugh will never be lost. Please pass my best on to Pete's sister Barb for me as well. Dear Barb: the entire team here at MyDentalHome were deeply shocked and saddened to hear of your loss. Peter was an integral part of our office as he was intrumental in setting up the office originally. We could always count on a smile and friendly visit. It was always much more than business.
