KIEFFER, WilliamSadly, after a courageous battle with cancer, Bill in his 78th year, peacefully passed away at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, on Saturday, August 30, 2008. Loving husband of the late Pat. Dear father of Susan (Sophocles Loizides), Barbara (Bruce Sarjeant) and Patty (Lou Rulli). Proud grandfather of Michael, Christina, Stephanie, Sarah, Mitchell and Jackson. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A. W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East) from 2-4 and 7-9 on Wednesday, September 3. A service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, September 4 at 11 o'clock. If desired, donations may be made to the Odette Cancer Centre or Sunnybrook Palliative Care.
