Obituary of Kay Commens

COMMENS, Kay Passed away suddenly at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the age of 81. Loved partner of Ron Weir and loving sister of the late Bruce. Kay was also predeceased by her parents Keith and Irene. Kay was born in Sydney, Australia and emigrated to England when she was in her 20's. She travelled across Europe on a Vespa motor-scooter, and relocated in Canada where she has lived for the past 50 years. Kay had a lengthy and fulfilling career with Stevenson and Kellogg. Her passions were reading, listening to opera, cooking, travelling and spending time with friends. Kay will be especially missed by her long-term friend Jan.
