Obituary of Frances Turner

TURNER, Frances (Fran) (Charter member of Northlea United Church). The family of Fran Turner announce with sadness the death of a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Fran peacefully passed away at her home on Sunday, August 24, 2008. She was predeceased by her loving husband Jack in 1996. Beloved mother of Bob (daughter in-law Carol), Barbara Dutton (son-in-law Kim) and Carolyn Watson (son-in-law Art). Proud grandmother of Andrew and Justin Turner, Kate (Loren Black) and Laura Dutton, Jennifer, Timothy and Scott Watson and great-grandmother to Madison and Tyler Black. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A. W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East) from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, August 28th. A service will be held in NORTHLEA UNITED CHURCH, 125 Brentcliffe Road on Friday, August 29th at 11 a.m. If desired, memorial gifts to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or Northlea United Church would be appreciated.
