HOLM, Jens Passed away peacefully at Mount Sinai Hospital on Sunday, July 26, 2015 at the age of 90. Beloved husband of Elaine. Loving father of Eric (Maggie), Lisa (Keith), Sharon (Henry). Grandfather of Karen, Sarah, Melissa (Stephen), Elizabeth, Kristin. Great-grandfather of Jonah. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28 followed by a celebration of life at 7:00 p.m. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
