We are long time parishioners of Christ Church Deer Park and Doreen took care of our three children - Jack, Jane and Tom - every Sunday for many years. She was a wonderful caregiver and became a good friend of our family. We both worked and at times their were tears and upsets when we left the kids in the nursery. Doreen assured us that this was all quite normal and encouraged us to relax and enjoy the service. Unfortunately, we are away on the 18th but will say a special prayer for Doreen and her family.
